Monday's hot topics - 153 fish???

A member of the forum named In_the_Lords_army posted this thought provoking Bible question:

John 21:11 says: Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken

Does anyone want to try and explain why the number of fish that they caught is specified? I don't imagine anyone knows for sure...but all suggestions are accepted! Smile
